- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
- How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your items back.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange Policy: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
Certain items, including sale items, intimates, and swimwear, are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
